Nice work On Marechal Soult I like to braiding and the belt looks better now. Your colour choises of the face and the braiding, please... :)
Okay I understand what you accomplished with the lego blocks, but was there a reason you chose them or would other mediums work just as well?
lego is just efficient cuz it can be shaped as needed...you can take apart the mould and make a new one after, instead of having to have pre-shaped/built moulds for specific things, and then having to store them
I knew it!
When you use the lego, do you use a mould release spray at all? Ever done any silcone moulds or done anything in resin?
No mold release necessary. Plaster isn't sticky enough!
For the color of the rubans it's a base of Iyanden Darksun from Foundation, Cygnus Yellow P3 shaded with Skorne Red P3 and highlighted with Jack Bone P3 and Menoth White Highlight P3.
The face is a base of Rucksack Tan P3 and Ryn Flesh P3. Shaded with Greatcoat Grey P3 and Skorne Red highlighted with Menoth White P3 and pure white.
